Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75 (before tax and discounts).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through our carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BagFrist is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. Contact us immediately at mamadoaf+1@outlook.com if you notice an error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
